Cleveland Heartlab® Symposium
Charlotte County Doctor WOWS Cleveland HeartLab®
The Cleveland HeartLab, partnered with the Cleveland Clinic, held its annual symposium in September. This years symposium, "Where Inflammation Meets Lipids: The Heart-Brain Connection" was held in Las Vegas at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. It featured globally known experts, New York Times best-selling authors, genomic pioneers, leading biomedical entrepreneurs and Charlotte County’s very own Elizabeth A. Triana, MD, FAAFP. During the two days of the symposium the latest advances on prevention strategies and therapeutic interventions were presented as well as discussions were held on the connection between the heart and brain and its relationship to wellness.
As a guest, Dr. Triana was selected by Amy Doneen, co-founder of the Bale/Doneen Method, to present during the interactive portion of the symposium.
As Charlotte County’s only Lipidoligist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Lipidology, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Triana was honored to present two out of the eleven qualifying case studies individually submitted by her distinguished international colleagues.
